Live sound is at the heart of local entertainment! Most establishments that have live music or any need for audio projection will most likely need a sound guy. Audio engineers are a large contributing factor to how the atmosphere of any given venue or event can be perceived.
It takes a trained ear to get the band to sound just right. And when it does, you’ll know.
A1 & A2
Responsible for running FOH (Front of House) mixer, constantly checking the audio to ensure it is clean, clear and at the appropriate level throughout the entire event. Sends tailored monitor levels to each musician, allowing them to hear what they need, so they can perform at their best. Solves issues quickly and effectively allowing the event to run smoothly without interruption. Experienced in staging and rigging equipment.
Technical Director
Trevor has been the Technical Director of a National Dance Convention "Heat Convention and Competition" for 4 years.
To oversee and manage the physical build of the convention. Communicating with event spaces and vendors beforehand and on site. Managing a team of technicians that implement and execute the convention designs, themes and expected quality at a national level. Leading a crew in unloading and loading the Semi(s) full of equipment, building the stage including lights, video walls, fog, audio and Marley. As well as running the show on the technical end during competition.
